AutoInsights Uploader from Designer- loading data to AutoInsights Cloud dataset frozen

Question

I am trying to load a small dataset of 3k rows using AutoInsights Uploader from Designer to Alteryx Cloud. The connection is made using API tokens. It used to work fine until few days back. All of a sudden the workflows get frozen at the step: "File Uploaded, analyzing... ". The Test Uploader dataset is created on the cloud - see screenshot bit is inaccessible.

How to fix this issue?

Hello @bornita!

I think this may be a good candidate to report through Mission Control (my.alteryx.com) to ensure Customer Support is aware and can provide insight into resolution. The case submission process will also search the Knowledge Base in case there is a known solution
