Auto Insights Uploader Desktop - SSLCertVerification Error

Hi Community,

I am trying to upload a dataset to the Alteryx Auto Insights Cloud using the Uploader tool in Designer Desktop.

Can anyone help me with the following issues, please?

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='us1.alteryxcloud.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /auto-insights/api/auth/v1/token (Caused by SSLError(SSLCertVerificationError(1, '[SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: certificate has expired (_ssl.c:1123)')))

It seems like it cannot verify the SSL certificate, and its causing the upload to fail.

Following up on the issue I have highlighted above. The solution is simple.

All you have to do is save the SSL certificate for the Alteryx Auto Insights session you have open in your browser. Then, install the certificate locally under Trusted Root Certification Authorities.
