Attempting to submit a case request for a problem, but alteryx can't verify my email

Hi, I am attempting to submit a new case. My designer is continuously crashing whenever I open different macros.

 

When I try and submit a new case, alteryx says my email is not tied to a license which is incorrect.

 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

send mail to Fulfillment Team at fulfillment@alteryx.com for assistance. Maybe they can resole your issue
