Attachment from Outlook email

I need to download attachments directly from an Outlook email daily.

I've tried the outlook tool but it won't download. I also tried connecting using the access database but get the error below. Does anyone knows how to fix this error or has another way of downloading the  attachments directly from email? Thanks.

There's no error message. I would successfully run the workflow as instructed but the tool does not show in the Connectors tab.

Hi @aminatag when you say the outlook tool won't download what error are you getting?

That would definitely be the tool I'd recommend so worth trying to figure out why that's not working before looking to alternatives.
