Assistance with grouping and cross-tabbing JSON data

Question

Hi, As a student, this is something new to me; the first time I saw column names appeared under JSON Value String. When I try to group by and use the cross tab tool, I can't place those as column names alongside others. I've attached the sample data as well as the desired output in an excel sheet. Please assist me in learning and completing this task.

I've also highlighted the desired column and its value.
