Assign values to different months

Hello every one,

I have a data set that looks like this.

And, I would like to see if Alteryx can accomplish something that looks like this:

To be precise, I want to split the same value between the specified range of months.

Any help/advice that the community could provide would be helpful.

 I think you mean 2021 in the last two data.
