Asignar fecha a archivo de salida

Estoy haciendo pruebas en un flujo, para ver si es posible en Alteryx que la salida generada al final, me dé la fecha del día anterior, por ejemplo, hoy que estoy generando la información, necesitaría que la salida ya sea ​​dbf, txt o xlsx, salga con el nombre que le asigne, más la fecha de ayer, ya que la información es de ayer.
Por ejemplo, mi salida se llama base_inicial, pero quiero saber si la salida se puede generar como base_inicial 16/10/2024, ¿se puede hacer esto en Alteryx?
