Arranging the Grades

I've two tables, one Grades-

and other is Name

output should be like Julia wo has 88 marks which is between 80 and 89 so Grade should be 9, smantha 7 and so on.

Output table will look like

I tried using Union, but no success

Please suggest a solution.

Yes, But it should not be in this way. You need to take help of Grades table. Grades table should be included in the workflow.😊
