Arrange Data in a specific Manner

Hello! I am trying to summarize some data in a very specific manner using an Alteryx flow so that I can then reconcile to the service provider. The first file is the internal one that has complete an accurate data however I don't manage to create one single line per ISIN with all the ex-dates and rates (currently there is one line per ex-date) to match the service provider's format.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey @VTG,

Could you proved the sample data in a form which we can copy? I think all you need to use is the cross tab tool.

Thanks! I have attached the source file to transform. Thanks again for your help.

Hey @VTG,

This is the basic setup I would use:

You cant name columns the same that's why I've added the 1,2,3 to the end. Feel free to rename things at the end with the select tool :)

Any questions or issues please ask :)

Hi @IraWatt ,

Thanks so much for your precious help. The flow that you came up with worked perfectly and I was able to finalise my reconciliation very easily! Really appreciate it.

I have gone through the logic of the tools and data transformations that you used but I am still very unfamiliar with the Multi-Row Formula tool. I'll try to find additional details on how to set it up so that I can get to use it next time myself. Thanks again!

Hey @VTG great to hear it worked for you. I would recommend the community interactive videos if you want to learn more: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Interactive-Lessons/Multi-Row-Formula/ta-p/82872 though feel free to ask if any clarification is needed :)
