Dear community
Is there a simple way to convert a .xlsx file that has fields in Arial Unicode MS format to say 'Calibri' in Alteryx? Relatively beginner user of Alteryx, and so any simple solution would be much appreciated.
We recently had an update to our ERP that resulted in excel outputs used for an existing workflow to change from a 'Calibiri' format to 'Arial Unicode MS'.
Following this change, a workflow we have been using over the last 12 months has created a number of false positves. I have isolated it to the "Join" tool where it appears to be detecting a value in a blank cell in the two files i am joining, thinking that they match the join criteria and flowing through to the mid join.
Internal IT support suggested that we change the format manually after downloading the excel source file, but this did not work and even if it did, i am hesitant to be doing this manually to all our data input files each month from a data integrity perspective but also for effiicency (there are around 10 files, though I have not identified any issues with those just yet)
thanks
