Applying formula involving multiple rows and columns and then Subtotaling

Hi All,

In the attached extract cells highlighted in green are the input data and grey highlighted are the required output. In excel I apply if formula to get the client name i.e X1 in the column A and they I apply subtotal to the get the total amount for each client.

Since I am a newbie to alteryx I am unable to get the required output. It would be very helpful if anyone can suggest solution.
