Appending a table made of up of lots of adjacent tables of similar structure

Hi all,

I have the below sheet in Excel, and would like to transform it (also below):

Current:

Company X			Company Y			Company Z			x50
Account	Net	Tax	Account	Net	Tax	Account	Net	Tax
1011...

This, x12 months

Desired:

Account	Net	Tax	Month	Company

Been a while since I've used Alteryx, so this might be obvious - but I can't seem to find a solution.
