Append with new column if duplicates

Hi guys!

I hope you can help, and I hope this is possible.

I have a dataset where I need to have an upper limit and a lower limit, but the problem right now is that these limits are in seperate rows with the same ID and parameter (as you can see on the first picture)

What I want is a unique row with the ID and parameter and then two columt the lower and upper limit like this:

Is this possible? 🙂
