Append two files data into one file

Question

I have two Excel files, one contains ID No., date, and leave hrs, the second one contains ID No., date, OT hrs. I want to combine them into one by ID No. and date, and result will be ID No., date, leave hrs and OT hrs. I tried each of the join tools, but can not obtain the result. Is there any way to get the result? Thanks!

Hi @LeiCheng I mocked up a workflow that produces the output you describe. My results differ by 1 results for CN111 Date 04-JUL where the results are joined together. Let me know what you think?
