Append tools?

do you know what the same process of append tools of Alteryx is in Power Query? Thanks

Thank you for your reply. 

But the two sheets just joined together. For instance, I want each category appends 4 quarters:

Ok, then:
1. Create a collum with null value in both tables

2. Merge the Tables with the new collumns (join the two tables with the null value)
3. Select the correct collumns and data types

4. Okie dokie finished
