Append report texts as columns

Question

I am taking Col A in a report text tool and col B in another report text and am trying to append it and output it to an excel. Took Col B from available fields in report text as its not consistent. How can I achieve the similar output using append as the result I am getting is not correct.

Please find the output, layout tool is needed before the Render tool.

You can use the render tool to extract the output to .XLSX file.
