Hi SME,
Could you please help me understand why I would get an error in Container 2 when I added extra info in the Source file (Source_2)? Below's my example - Container 1 has no error while Container 2 kept giving me an error indicating that there were more than 16 records in the source. This doesn't seem to make sense to me since I thought that the Append tool acts like a Cartesian product.
Thanks,
kwl

Hi @knnwndlm
You're right you can use the append tool for this, but you'll need to change the (badly) highlighted drop down to 'Allow all appends'

Hi @knnwndlm
Could you please try the option Allow All Appends in the Configuration window.
Many thanks

It's to do with the following setting:
In container 2 the second table is longer generating more records - its an error designed to keep people conscious of duplicating data i believe, it can be turned off at the drop-down.
Container 1 has 12 records appending on whereas container 2 has 18. 18 > 16 therefore triggering the error

Hi, where is the option to append all?
