Append Date to Columns?

Question

I have data that looks like the sample attached below, except it continues horizontally within excel for company 3, company 4, etc.

I want to get the company name and company code (rows 1 and 2) assigned to the blank columns immediately to the right of the columns that have the entity name and company code.

@bsolove Attached is the workflow that gives you the output. Does this look accurate?

Explanation: you have to use the transform tools to pivot the dataset and the multi row formula tool to cascade the missing data. Hope it helps.
