Anyone done any work on the US SEC 13G XML File?

I work in the Fund Management industry in the UK but our company holds US stocks.  As such we are required to make a 13g disclosure under the SEC rules - this is changing and from the end of the year it is to be in XML format.  Im wondering if anybody on here has done any work on this?  Ive never created any XML and to be honest I cant make head 'nor tail of the spec (which Ive attached) - any assistance would be really helpful!

These are usually pretty painful - and because of that - proprietary. I don't know how your Alteryx skills are - but these usually require a decent/high knowledge of both Alteryx and .xsd/.xml files. There's a reason that consultants can charge $$$$$$ for this kind of thing.
