Hello Alteryx Community! 

 

I am having trouble making a workflow that can achieve my desired result. I have uploaded a Raw Data Example and a tab of what I hope the results will look like (Desired Result tab).

 

Any help would be much appreciated!!! I have been spending a while working on this and have not gotten anywhere :(

I've cleansed your data accordingly there. You have to state your requirements more clearly - which rows of data are required?
