Anaplan Output tool confusion.

Alteryx Version: 2024.1.1.17

Anaplan Version: 1.1.2

Background:

I am build an Alteryx app to import data to Anaplan. I am not really familiar with Anaplan so the selection in the Output confused me.

Currently in Anaplan I have 1 process 'Import daily data' which contains 2 actions 'Daily. Import data' and 'Daily. Import list'.

So, in Anaplan tool, the 2 actions only appear in the 'Run Import to overwrite', and the process appears in 'Run Process after import'. Like the picture below.

When I run the import on Anaplan, I only have to run the import process and it will automatically run 2 actions. My question being, do I have to call 2 actions from the 'import' dropdown and also run the process in the dropdown below. Or can I just run the process in the 2nd dropdown without calling 2 actions in the 'import' section. Or I can just call 2 actions from the first dropdown and that is it.

I am quiet confused because the documentation for the tool is not very details.
