Anaplan Input Tool - login issue

Question

Hi Everybody,

I saw that there is a new tool name Anaplan Input Tool available to read data from Anaplan.

The first step is to be able to use the Anaplan credential to login but unfortunately I am not

able to go pass this first step. I want to ask if someone already used that tool and how he did it.

My organization has both options available. I am able to log into Anaplan without SSO (email and password) but it doesn't work with

this tool and I don't know why. I have a custom tool I made, using Anaplan API documentation, with which I am able to read data from Anaplan using my email and password.

I wanted to try this new tool but it doesn't seems to work.

Hi @fnkankeu

Does your organization have Anaplan setup with SSO?

If so, you or your Anaplan Model Builder/Administrator will need to setup you up as an SSO Exception User. See the link below.

Once they do this you'll need to follow the Anaplan forgot password steps and setup an Anaplan password.

Note: While being an exception user, you can still login using SSO, but you also have the option to login with your username/password. The connector does not currently support SSO, so you need this username/password option.
