Analytical App - Place Question above text box

Question

I want to display a question that pops up when you run the workflow and below it there needs to be text boxes to take folder input below it.

I have attached the screenshot of how I have place it so far. Can anyone please tell me how to put the heading over the text box?

Go to View>User Interface

You can replace Question with any other text that you wish or, which I prefer

Add a Group

Enter the text box into that Group and then Replace the Group name with the needed text
