Analytic Apps To Filter

Hello,

First, how can I filter the memo column below to return all the cells containing the word "check". I used the valuein function but it only gives us the cell containing ONLY the word check and it excludes the cell "Processed check".

Second, I am going to use the above one for analytic apps list box tool to filter any cells containing a specified value such as the word check. 

Thirdly, I want also to filter those with net amounts greater than an absolute value (e.g. 40,000) be it negative or positive.

Please see below, I changed the check box to a drop down list as the user have to choose only one memo at a time
