Amount irregularities

Hello community, 

 

I have a scenario where my amount column can be eg "USD123" or "123". I have used substring to remove the "USD".Going forward, is there a constant formula I can use if amount is "USD123" or "123"? Key here is to remove first 3 character of that Currency,thank you!

 have you considered using the data cleanse tool with a configuration to remove letters?
