IF IsNull([CH Signoff Date]) AND IsNull([Owner Signoff Date]) THEN 'Yes'
ELSEIF !IsNull([CH Signoff Date]) AND !IsNull([Owner Signoff Date]) THEN 'No'
ELSE ''
ENDIF
