Alteryx workflow publish

Question

Hi Team,

I have a workflow where i am extracting a report from SAP BW system. Can i able to publish this workflow to server?

Also there is an excel file which i have currently placed in my desktop and running the workflow? Can i link the file directly from Sharepoint as an Input to Alteryx?

hi @Jeyaraj_M

For the SAP data, you have some kind of custom connector or perhaps an ODBC connection like this one.  This will have to be installed and configured on your gallery server as well.

for the sharepoint file - use microsoft explorer to go to the sharepoint site and you should be able to view the sharepoint site as a folder. copy the folder path, and use that in a regular input. now you should be able to connect to an excel file stored on sharepoint just like an excel file stored on your desktop.
