Alteryx workflow error when e-mailing Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 67, desc = Lo

Question

Greetings:

I'm attempting to email the output form the workflow and I'm running into an Error:

Error: Email (102): Record#1: Func 'curl_easy_perform' failed, ret = 67, desc = Login denied

Currently on 2022.3.1.486

Server name: smtp.office.365.com

Port 587

Encryption method: STARTTLS

Confirmed the credentials entered are correct.

Anny suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @BAvitia23. Were you able to resolve this error? How? Same thing happened to me for workflows that have been previously working.

Hi @BAvitia23

That error mean that the password of the email account your are using to connect to the SMTP server is not correct, please verify-fix this password and try again!

Google for configuring Office 365 SMTP, specially creating the login account credentials.
