Alteryx reading excel date wrong

I am reading dates from an excel spreadsheet. This spreadsheet is storing the dates as numbers. For example the spreadsheet shows 1/3/1900 but underneath it stores it as the number 3.  When I read this with Alteryx it gives me 1/2/1900 instead of 1/3/1900.

I cannot simply add 1 to the date to correct it because it doesn’t  read all the dates wrong, just the year 1900. 

Is there any way to correct this guys?
