@Roche ,

 

I'm not an admin at our company but my first try would be-> Try to deactivate both licences and activate them again to see if that helps?

@Roche I don't have any technical help to add here unfortunately but I would recommend deleting the screenshot with your license keys in it - or at least obfuscating these!
