Alteryx is not reading "description" column fully; column contains HTML tags and hyperlink

This column contains HTML tags and hyperlinks. 

compare the "input data" workflow and the CSV file uploaded. There are 29 rows/cells. Alteryx is not fully reading each cell. Is this due to the hyperlinks and HTML tags?

increased field length to 2147483647. Alteryx was now able to read each cell.
