Is there a way to use crosstab or other techniques to achieve the following?

Before

ID	Questionnaire
A1	What's your name
A1	Alice
A2	How old are you
A2	9
A3	What's your favorite food
A3	Noodles
B1	What's your name
B1	Bob
B2	How old are you
B2	5
B3	What's your favorite food
B3	Beef

After

ID	Question	Answer
A1	What's your name	Alice
A2	How old are you	9
A3	What's your favorite food	Noodles
B1	What's your name	Bob
B2	How old are you	5
B3	What's your favorite food	Beef

While not using the tools you suggested here is a way of doing it, as long as your data is structured as Question then Answer:

Couple of other ways I can think to handle this, either concatenating then splitting the results or assigning a header based upon the position and then cross-tabbing:

Easiest way I know is to use Tile and Crosstab
