Alteryx always open as maximized window

Alteryx Designer version 2022.1.1.40869 Patch:2 

It always opens as a window that is maximized (full screen). The problem is that I have to resize the window because it covers the task bar.
Is it possible to remember the most recent window size?
The prior versions did not experience this.

Thanks Oiu. It works! Just giving more information, firstly I was unable to select "Save Layout & Setting on Exit". I then tried to select "Override System Settings" under "User Setting". Then it gives me the option to save. I think there is a file accessing problem with my system.
