Hi there, I'm new to Alteryx and we were just told that 2020.4 is the correct version. How do I get it?

Can you share what you are able to see when you access? On the grey box on the left (product downloads), those products which are availabe to you should be visible like a blue rectangular box which is a link.

Which ones are you able to see?

Are you able to click the previous versions after signing into the downloads portal? The previous versions of Alteryx should be available to download.

I would also recommend reaching out to Fulfillment@alteryx.com to see how your profile is set up within the Alteryx License portal.
