How do I make the Table I render to give a Black Border to each cell ie rows and columns?

In the table tool click the the "Default Table Settings" button.

In here, select the "Borders" tab:

Hi I have put my settings as such -

border width - 4

Colour -Black

Header - Black

Row Border -'Per Row'

Column Borders - Default (Use per column Setting)

Despite this I get only borders in each column (black size 4) what about the rows? It isn't working

I have solved this issue by placing a formula ("border: 1px solid black;") in each column rule as well as removing the header column. This creates a full border on each cell.
