Is there any way I can retain the data validation (Data dropdown validation)  in my excel output file )

Hey @garvit1495 ,

You have the option to preserve formatting on overwrite.

That will keep your validation list intact but alteryx will be able to include a non permitted value there.

Thankyou @fmvizcaino for the help but this is already been marked and even I am not writing anything on that column. Even that column is not in the output range then also the dropdown is not coming in the exported output. Refer to the attached file where column B has dropdowns but when I export the output on this file then this dropdown goes away.
