Alteryx - Out of memory Error

Hello everyone.

I am running a flow with different number of inputs for a total of 500k records.

There is a time when I need to execute formulas written on an excel and I use Dynamic Replace to execute these rules. Since there can be multiple formulas for the same column and Dynamic Replace only works on columns, I concatenate the formulas into one big formula.
The problem is in the Dynamic Replace where Alteryx returns me the screen shot you see attached.

I cannot move forward as this error is blocking me. Do you have any possible solutions?
