Alteryx Modules/ Macros/ Batches Shared Inventory

Hello Guys,

I have been looking online for quite a while, however; unable to find a place where people may have shared Macros/ Modules/ Batches.  For example, if I am looking for a general macro/ module that can change Europian date format to US, or currency etc, and want to take advantage if someone has already built and shared something similar, where should I look?  Is there a central repository where they are being shared?
