Also, with Designer, it is not required to be connected to the internet to actually build/run workflows that are just using files held locally. Therefore, you can use the product offline once you have it activated and downloaded.
Does your machine not have network capability in general, or are you just looking to run workflows offline? If you have the ability to connect to the internet for installation, that will be easier.
