Alteryx Input File Returned ID doesn't work

Hi, we are trying to use Input File to pass an excel sheet to a workflow. The call to the input file will be perform from an application made by us hosted outside App Gallery Server.

In our first tests we tried to use swagger to load a test file, get the reference Id and then pass it to the workflow, but for some reason the file load in matter of seconds, returning a id value and then when the workflow uses this id, gets in a loop.

My questions are:

1- How the input file works, do we have to wait for a certain period to use the id?

3. Were is this file usually stored by the component?

4. Why takes a few seconds to be generated ..
