I have a workflow that creates an excel document then sends it as an email attachment.
It works perfectly in Designer, but not when I schedule it in Gallery. Looking at the workflow output in Gallery, the excel document was created correctly.
However, the email attachment arrives as a corrupt file. Here is a snapshot of a sample file.

Hi @Kpratt ,
It is possible tha your Alteryx gallery is in safe mode configuration.
You need to ask your gallery admin if that is the case.

After searching the web for 2 days, I came across the answer. The body of the text wasn't working when hard coded. I had to insert the Report Text tool and enter my body text there. In the email attachment, I then selected "Use Field" from the Report Tool rather than hard coding in the text. I'm not sure why this changed. My workflow worked fine for weeks prior to this.
