Alteryx Excel Input - Horizontally Merged Cells

Hi,

I have an awful Excel file which always gets downloaded in the same format every month.

The main issue is that there are horizontally merged cells in the headers.

I've attached a sample Excel file. Here's what it looks like after importing to Alteryx:

I wanted to ask if there's a way to clean this up within Alteryx to have columns as follows:

Country; Currency; Jan Spot; Jan Avg; Feb Spot; Feb Avg; Mar Spot; Mar Avg; etc.
