Could you tell us a little more about the workflow? Where are the PDFs being read from? (same machine? a file server?) Does the workflow immediately error, or work for a while and then error?
Something like this could be related to losing a connection to the files, or perhaps a resource limitation on the machine.
I think the error was due to resource limitation on the server. We freed up some space and now the workflow is working without issue. Thank you for the input.
