Alteryx Designer stopped opening

Hi,

I have installed Alteryx Designer. It was working fine until yesterday, but it is not opening now and is showing the below error message 

 I cleared %temp%, and restarted my system. I also tried to reinstall -- but still getting the same error. 

not sure how to fix this - would appreciate if any suggestion to make it run

try the old windows "cmd" prompt feature apply chkdsk as administrator
