Alteryx Designer not available for download.

Hi,

I signed up for Alteryx Designer a couple of days ago and I received my key today. I went to activate the key and download the software. But when i input the key, I got brought to this page. 

I am signed up for the 3-month course but cannot seem to download the software.

Please advise.

Hi @tehguy1 ,

I'm not sure why you are not seeing the downloads there.

I would suggest you to go through the flow of requesting a free trial, that way you will be also able to download Alteryx as well.

Also, if you want to discover what is really going on with your account, you can send an e-mail to fulfillment@alteryx.com

32-bit support was available up through version 2021.2.
