Alteryx Designer new update doesn't install and previous version stopped working

I tried to install the new non-admin Alteryx version on my laptop, and for some reason it stay on "Uninstalling Predictive Tools" for hours, and nothing happens!

Any Ideas on to overcome this?

@Silva ,  I would suggest Alteryx doesn't have rights to remove previous versions so you may have to remove these manually using the Add/Remove Programs function in Windows.

You can then run a clean install and that should work.
