Alteryx Designer License key activation

Hi Alteryx Community,

I had installed Alteryx designer and activated my designer and Intelligence suite license key. which I was able to use for a couple of days.

However, I had to make some changes on my OS level and I had to re-install the Alteryx designer again.

Since then I'm unable to activate the license keys, any help is highly appreciated.

It says attached screenshot error message and I have tried out both options mentioned with no luck.

Hi @ChaitanyaKulkarni27 

You would need to deactivate the license in old before activating here. Since you reinstalled guessing you wont be able to decativate now.

For license related issues, send an email directly to fulfillment@alteryx.com.  You'll get a faster response by sending to them directly
