Alteryx Designer Core Certification not received from Credly

I passed the Alteryx Designer Core Certification exam on February 11, 2025, but I have not yet received the email from admin@Credly.com to accept my digital badge. I have checked my inbox and junk/spam folders, but there has been no communication from Credly. I would like assistance in resolving this issue.
