Alteryx Customer-Managed Telemetry can't find Tableau Output

Hi everyone,
I just installed the Customer Managed Telemetry workflow per Alteryx's instruction (I first installed the Tableau tools including the Tableau Output tool). I've confirmed that I've installed a compatible version of the tools (1.4.0) for the version of Alteryx Designer I am running (2022.1.1).
When open the telemetry workflow, the Tableau Output macro shows up as a question mark and I receive the following error message:
GenericTool (263): Could not find the plugin directory 'Tableau' in 'C:\Users\mmichaelson\AppData\Roaming\Alteryx\Tools', 'C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Tools', or 'C:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\HtmlPlugins'
The Tableau Output tool is installed in C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Tools\TableauOutput_1_4_0. I've tried renaming the folder to "Tableau" but this causes Alteryx Designer to freeze after opening the workflow.
Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

Update - I was able to get the workflow to run successfully by removing the Tableau Output tool in the workflow, then replace it with the Tableau Output tool v1.1.1. This allows me to generate the .hyper file, however I can no longer produce a .TWB or .TWBX workbook directly from the workflow.
