We have a three part chained app. Only the first part actually has user input and the second and third part are 'transformation' workflows that process the inputted data and takes it into the DB. When the third part runs an 'Unknown Fatal Error' immediately occurs and the workflow is cancelled. Does anyone know why this may be happening? I have tried to put unused radio buttons in the transformation workflows, we have checked the paths and when it is just two it works. I'm not sure what else we can do. Thanks!
